Three men to be convicted of attempted murder of a Russian woman who fled Turkey
Three men in the Krasnoyarsk Territory will be convicted of attempting to kill a Russian woman who fled from her husband from Turkey with her children – the criminal case has already been approved by the prosecutor’s office and sent to the Zheleznogorsk city court.
This was announced on Thursday, January 27, by the representative of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) for the Krasnoyarsk Territory Yulia Arbuzova.
According to the agency, in 2017, the Russian woman left Turkey with her children – she had previously moved there and got married and had two children. The woman stopped in Zheleznogorsk.
Over time, the husband began to hatch a plan of revenge. He offered his friend $30,000 to kill his wife. He considered the proposal and found two accomplices for reprisal.
At the beginning of 2021, all three arrived in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. In February of the same year, they attacked their victim right near the kindergarten, when a woman took her children there – one of the men stabbed her in the stomach. Believing that this was enough, the criminals fled, but the woman survived.
The criminals urgently flew to Moscow, after which they planned to get to Turkey, but the police detained them at the airport. The detainees were two 30-year-old citizens of Kazakhstan and a 40-year-old Russian.
The criminal case against the victim’s spouse has been separated into a separate proceeding, the man has been put on the federal and international wanted list.
