If the mountain does not go to Magomed, Magomed will go to the mountain. Guided by this simple and time-tested life rule, residents of the Khrustalny Park microdistrict, tired of knocking on the thresholds of all responsible authorities, turned to Babr with a story about how, having bought houses in an “elite comfortable area”, they received the lack of a stable water supply system as a “gift” from the developer and sewerage and rusty slurry in taps, proudly called drinking water. And another (but not at all free) bonus is monthly bills for tens of thousands of rubles.
And at midnight, it will turn into a pumpkin.
The history of the Crystal Park for many of its inhabitants began as a fairy tale. But who knew that this fairy tale is about Cinderella, and the promised cozy houses immediately after signing the contract of sale will turn into cardboard sheds without amenities.
The ideological inspirer and creator of these ingenious designs was the notorious construction company of the Irkutsk Duma deputy Viktor Ilyichev “VostSibStroy” (OGRN 1023801544161). Having quickly molded cardboard and, it should be noted, picture houses, the businesslike Ilyichev decided that it was possible to parasitize on Khrustalny further. And, without thinking twice, he created (on behalf of his son Ivan Ilyichev) the resource supply company ResursTranzit, which became the protagonist of all the numerous complaints and appeals of residents.
During the seven years of its existence, the network company managed to drink a lot of the blood of the inhabitants, about which they repeatedly wrote to the ministries, and even to the governor, who is so proud of his “responsiveness”. But for some reason I forgot to respond to the inhabitants of the Crystal Park. And the case went to court.
The claim of the residents, who filed a class action lawsuit addressed to ResursTranzit, consists in numerous violations of the company’s work. That monthly arranges a real auction of receipts for payment of heat and water for residents of the Crystal Park with inadequately inflated prices and meter readings.
So, at the end of 2022, a number of residents received bills in the amount of more than half a million rubles for three months of use each and claims from the management company that they connected to the networks without drawing up appropriate contracts.
The administration of the Ushakovsky municipality completely removed itself from the situation, pointing out that the heating networks are in private hands.
So, the inhabitants of Novolisikha themselves, without knowing it, became “hares” in their own homes: they jumped on the neck of the unfortunate deputy Ilyichev and ride.
The court should put an end to the tangled history. However, judging by the oppressive silence around the current situation, there is no need to wait for a positive resolution of the conflict.
Babr will continue to monitor developments.
