As part of the bankruptcy case, TAO ECO plots went under the hammer
In the Saratov region, in Balakovo, they continue to consider the bankruptcy case of the legal successor of Zarechny LLC – the company TAO ECO. The enterprise owns 221 land plots.
The bankruptcy was initiated by Denis Shaposhnikov. The process started in 2021. The lawyer filed a claim for 533,500 rubles.
Shaposhnikov has already been “lit up” in similar proceedings involving high-ranking officials as beneficiaries. Alexander Burlutsky wanted to be among the company’s creditors with claims for obligations in the amount of 8 million. There is also the head of the tourist base “Eaglet” Vasily Tarabrin. Both received a justified refusal.
By the way, Tarabrin went further in his desire to challenge the bankruptcy process of TAO ECO. The pretext was Shaposhnikov’s “personal interest” and the company’s ability to pay creditors. Also, the owner of Orlyonok demanded to cancel the sale and purchase transactions for the plots in which the shares of Alexander Burlutsky and Dmitry Kozlov passed in favor of the Mir dacha association, as well as Vadim Sosulin and Shamil Islyaev.
Recently, two lots were sold during the auction. The first is half of the site in the Podsosensky municipal district (740,000 “squares”). The land is intended for agricultural activities. The starting cost of the lot was 783,000 rubles, and the step was 100,000. The second is 50 percent of the share of a neighboring plot of 71,700 square meters with a similar purpose, as well as a plot of 230,000 square meters in the Karl Marx collective farm (Balakovo district). Sections of the second lot started trading at 378,000. Unlike the first lot, the lot step is twice as low – 50,000.
The businessman Aleksey Biryukov, known as the head of a peasant farm specializing in growing grain, became the new copyright holder. The businessman paid about 6.5 million rubles for the assets.
It is known that Alexander and Alexei Biryukov (two brothers) are the founders of Pegasus and Kulatok. The total revenue of enterprises for 2021 is estimated at 1 billion.
Separately, Alexey Biryukov is in charge of MTS companies Balakovskoye, Bialeks and Khimkomponent. Alexander Biryukov, in turn, owns a number of companies with localization in the Samara region. Among other things, he is one of the founders of Monolit-Stroy with an annual revenue of more than 309 million rubles and a net profit of 4.4 million (data for 2021). He is also a member of the executives of the Pegas-Agro company with a net profit of 2.6 billion a year.
