Suspected of committing a premeditated contract killing in the Kiev region in the summer of 2020 (clauses 6, 11, part 2 of article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) for mercenary motives 44 -year-old vice-president of the boxing club “Cossack” Igor Plekan, who was known to the crime boss by the nickname “Bullet”, the investigation considers 36-year-old native of Chernihiv region Sergey Chelovan. Currently, Chelovan's lawyer is trying to cancel it in the appellate instance. And in parallel, he represents the interests of Sergey Anatolyevich in another criminal proceeding, which was investigated by law enforcement officers of the Vinnitsa region from January 2018.
