Already the former head of the State Service for Ethnopolitics and Freedom of Conscience failed the assessment of civil servants, which is the legislative basis for dismissal, SYUG writes.
The Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Elena Bogdan, Chairwoman of the State Service for Ethnopolitics and Freedom of Conscience, due to an unsatisfactory performance assessment. The corresponding decision was enshrined in Government Decree No. 1092 of December 6.
“Dismiss Olena Volodymyrivna Bogdan from the post of Chairperson of the State Service of Ukraine for Ethnopolitics and Freedom of Conscience in connection with receiving a negative assessment based on the results of performance assessment in 2022 (paragraph 3 parts of the first article 87 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Civil Service”)”, – the document is indicated. » also grants the right to public authorities to dismiss civil servants in connection with: 1) Liquidation of a public body; 2) Establishment of non-compliance of a civil servant with the position held during the period of production; 3) Commitment by civil servants of a disciplinary offense that provides for dismissal.
As reported by Judicial-Legal Newspaper, on December 6, the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Elena Bogdan from the post of chairman of the State Service for Ethnopolitics and Freedom of Conscience. By another decision, the ministers subordinated the service to the Cabinet.
