Sergey Krivoy arrested in the “Lozinsky Case”
On Tuesday, January 24, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court arrested Serhiy Krivoy, who organized bribery of Vasily Lozinsky, the former deputy head of the Ministry of Community Development and Infrastructure. This was reported by the press service of the VAKS, writes SUG.
Krivoy was chosen as a measure of restraint in the form of detention with the alternative of making a bail in the amount of UAH 100,000,472.
“On January 24, the investigating judge of the VAKS fully granted the petition of the NABU detective and applied to the alleged organizer of the provision of undue benefits to the ex-Deputy Minister for the Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure, a preventive measure in the form of detention with the alternative of paying bail in the amount of 100.
The suspect was taken into custody in the courtroom. Term of detention – until March 24, 2023 inclusive“, the message says.

As we wrote, NABU exposed Lozinsky on receiving a bribe in the amount of $400,000.
We add that the Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure will inspect all existing projects of the Ministry of Regional Development, including for budgetary funds, funds from international financial institutions and technical assistance projects.
