Landar mentioned that inspections over 14 years had not revealed any violations. The leadership of the regional branch of the Fund in Kyiv changed, and Yana Matieva became the acting head, ordering the inspection of the canteen and subsequently intending to terminate the contract with Landara due to alleged violations.
