Andrei Nedzelsky // The investigation into the “Nedelya” case is now finished.
The court in Kiev identified Andrey Nedzelsky as the person accused of murder, illegal weapon possession, and using fake documents. The decision was made by the minister Oleg Belotserkovets on February 10.
