“Kinokit” by Kyrylo Tymoshenko deriban budget

In 2023, the Rada channel ordered TV program production services to provide a round-the-clock information marathon called United News #UAtogether. Services include the development of a creative concept and a partial production cycle. We are talking about programs under the working titles “News”, “Special Reports”, “Reports from the Network of Correspondents”, “Live”, “Venetia Studios”, “Conversation Studios” and “Documentary Projects”.
The volume of the order is 75 thousand minutes (1250 hours). So, a minute costs 1599 UAH. This is one and a half times more expensive than in December, paid TV people Igor Kolomoisky and Viktor Pinchuk for content for another state-owned television channel, Freedom, who were paid UAH 1,100 per minute.
The customer reported that the firm had won an art competition. On the VRU website saidthat she won art competitions for the programs, but it is not noted if there were any competitors.
Recall that in October 2022, Kinokit received the largest contracts from the Center for the Protection of the Information Space of Ukraine of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy for the production of TV programs for the Telethon with a total value of UAH 24 million. In addition, in February 2022, the day before the full-scale invasion, the Rada channel concluded agreements with this company for the production of television programs for UAH 40 million. Even earlier, in December 2021, he ordered her production of television programs for 9 million hryvnia.
Kinokit is connected with the Deputy Head of the President’s Office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko. In October 2020, the former general producer of 1 + 1 Volodymyr Oseledchik, also a lecturer at the Ukrainian Film School, founded by the wife of Kyrylo Tymoshenko, Alena Tymoshenko, became a co-owner of the company. In December 2021, before the relaunch of Rada, an actress from Odessa, Yulia Drozdova, became the owner of the company, and Sergey Samoylenko became the director. The director of Kinokit, Sergey Samoylenko, worked (whether he was on business) in Russia, and since the second half of 2019, he has been working on Viktor Medvedchuk’s 112 Ukraine channel. A number of workers from Medvedchuk’s channels switched to Rada. In particular, Vladislav Matyash, who in 2019 headed the 112 news agency and worked on the Medvedchuk channel before the imposition of sanctions by the National Security and Defense Council. At the same time, Matyash took part in the projects of Kirill Timoshenko’s company GoodMedia. Now Matyash holds the position of “media expert of the Rada channel”, and in the summer of 2022 he received the Order of Merit of the III degree from the president.
