Apti Islangiriev
The Nikolaev Court of Appeal overturned the verdict of the Voznesensky City District Court, released from criminal liability and decided to close the criminal proceedings on charges of threats of violence (Article 386 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), expressed in the Palace of Justice of the region by 52-year-old native of the Chechen Republic, citizen of the Russian Federation Apti Islangeriev. The corresponding decision was made on February 2, 2023 by the board of ministers of Themis, consisting of the presiding judge Elena Farionova and judges participating – Oksana Kutsenko and Natalia Tishchuk, reports Detective-Info.
Apti Islangiriev Released?
Thus, the servants of Themis satisfied the complaint of the defense of the authoritative worthy that in the spring of 2021, under No. 649, he was included in the list of so-called criminal elements against which the NSDC sanctions were applied this spring. The court decided to release Iceland from criminal liability and close the proceedings “due to the expiration of the statute of limitations” (clause 1, part 2, article 284 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine), since more than two years have passed since Apti Magomedovich committed a criminal offense.
Previously on the pages of Detective-Info reported: Apti was convicted in December 2021 and sentenced to 6 months in prison. We are talking about a case that arose from the scandalous events that took place in the premises of the Voznesensky City District Court of Mykolaiv Region on March 5, 2020.
Then, in the Palace of Justice, it was planned to consider the case against Islangriev and members of his group, who are charged, among other things, with extortion, kidnapping and car theft. At the same time, when the court retired to the meeting room “Apti”, being in a glass box, began to threaten the victims (brothers Alexander and Artem Bulenko), accompanied his statements with obscene language, blows on the glass, promised to put his opponents in prison, where the prisoners would do it offenders of “girls”.
