Deputy Head Customs Service of Ukraine Ruslan Cherkassky, whom the media calls responsible for most of the schemes, refuses to resign, reports Apostrophe.

According to him, the deputy head of customs, Ruslan Cherkassky, after large-scale resignations and detentions, went on sick leave and did not fall under a wave of layoffs.
After a scandal broke out on social networks, the top official wrote a letter of resignation, which should be considered at the next meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers. However, as Zheleznyak notes, no appeal has been received from Cherkassky.
“This is already some kind of Spanish shame: after the words of the president, the head of the parliamentary coalition, the head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee, this customs officer of Yanukovych is holding on to his post with his teeth. Discrediting all this cleansing with his person. Cherkassky, you and those who cover you will not be able to stay”, Zheleznyak wrote in his Telegram channel.
The people’s deputy also promised that he would do everything possible so that top official Ruslan Cherkassky, after his dismissal, did not choose a new luxury car, but a blanket that ex-head of the State Fiscal Service Roman Nasirov covered himself in court.
