Anatoly Novak, the former Deputy Chairman of the NABU, took part in this by no means passively. Additionally, the lack of work experience of the same Rokan S. led to the fact that, for example, he was caught while attempting to document a judge of the ECtHR and carry out certain covert investigative (search) actions in the Kyiv synagogue … presumably trying to win favor by taking (using his status) from another employee, the accumulated materials … but ended up being discovered …
And in general, this “nepotism” that has existed in our country for 30 years – we see what it led to …
