The Elitstroy Group company was founded by the people’s deputy from the European Solidarity Alexey Goncharenko with the largest share in the authorized capital, but he left the owners in 2009. The second and third places at the auction were taken by the companies associated with the Elitstroy Group: PJSC “Odessa Plant of Champagne Wines” and “Tunnella”. It is “Tunnella” that will get the plant if “Elitbud” refuses the object – the company offered for it a thousand hryvnia less than the winner. LLC “Tunella” and PJSC “Odessa plant of sparkling wines” are connected through another company – LLC “Transfort”.
