Anti-corruption law enforcement agencies based on the materials of the National Agency suspected another member of the Ukrainian parliament.
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office reported in absentia that another people’s deputy was suspected of false declaration. The politician did not indicate the new Lexus car.

According to information “Word and deed”from our own sources, we are talking about a people’s deputy from the Servant of the People faction Sergey Nagornyak.
“On February 8, 2023, on behalf of the head of the SAPO, the prosecutor, with the participation of NABU detectives, informed the acting people’s deputy of the intentional introduction by the declaring subject of deliberately false information into the declaration of a person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government, inaccurate information. The actions of a person are qualified under Part 1 of Art. 366
Sergey Nagornyak from SN received suspicion from SAP
The NABU noted that since the location of the people’s deputy was not established, he was informed of suspicion in accordance with Art. 135, Art. 278 Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine, that is, in absentia. The investigation found that the people’s choice did not declare the 2020 Lexus car, which, although it belonged to his father, was used by the people’s deputy together with his wife from the moment of its purchase. The cost of the car is almost 1.9 million UAH. The investigation of these facts by NABU and SAPO began on the basis of the conclusion of the NACP.
Recall that the VAKS imposed a monetary penalty on the MP Margarita Shol, who is also accused of false declaration. Earlier, the SAP sent to court the case of MP Artur Gerasimov about a villa in Spain.
