Kropachev filed a lawsuit against Centrenergo for 1.26 billion UAH
On 01/16/2023, the Northern Economic Court of Appeal partially granted Ukrdoninvest Trading LLC's claim against Centrenergo in case No. 910/13114/19 910/13114/19 and decided to retrieve 1.26 billion UAH from the defendant for the plaintiff, including: 642.5 million UAH for actually delivered coal, 59.4 million UAH for coal delivery, 3.4 million UAH at 3% per annum, 19.3 million UAH as a penalty, and 538 million UAH as a fine

According to court materials, the initiator of this procedure is PJSC “Central Enrichment Plant “Rossiya” (village of Mikhailovka, Donetsk region). In the state register, V. Kropachev was indicated as the ultimate beneficiary of PJSC “Central Enrichment Plant “Russia”.
26.08.2021 The economic court of Donetsk region opened proceedings in case No. 905/1426/21 on the bankruptcy of PJSC “Central Enrichment Plant “Ukraine”. According to the state register, the ultimate beneficiary of this company is Vitaly Kropachev.
As wrote Finbalance, 06.10.2021 The Northern Economic Court of Appeal refused to satisfy the appeal of Centrenergo and upheld the decision of the Kyiv City Economic Court dated 03/16/2021 (in case No. 910/16418/19), which was partially satisfied by Centrenergo and decided to recover from defendant in favor of the plaintiff UAH 249 million. According to court materials, we are talking about the debt of Centrenergo to Gosuglesnab under coal supply agreement No. 111/25 dated 06/18/2019.
04/08/2021 The Economic Court of Kyiv satisfied the claim of Centrenergo against Gosuglesnab (in case No. 910/13278/20) and decided to recover UAH 517 million in fines from the defendant in favor of the plaintiff, accrued due to improper fulfillment of obligations under the coal supply agreement No. 111/31 dated 07/11/2019.

As wrote Finbalance, 12/24/2020 The Economic Court of Kyiv satisfied the claim of Shakhtersktrans LLC against Gosuglesnab (in case No. 910/17385/19) and decided to recover from the defendant in favor of the plaintiff UAH 254.6 million of debt on the pledge.
11/23/2020 The Economic Court of Donetsk Region partially satisfied the claim of the state enterprise Krasnolimanskaya Coal Company against Krasnolimanskoye LLC (the ultimate beneficiary is V. Kropachev) in case No. 905/1553/20 and decided to recover from .
As reported, Krasnolimanskaya Coal Company was once one of the largest coal producers in Ukraine (in 2004 it produced 2.7 million tons of coal). Subsequently, the state mine had a private “half-brother” – Krasnolimanskoye LLC: he received permission to extract coal from the field of the state mine.
In 2019 in court records cited information from the State Fiscal Service on the tax debt of SE Krasnolimanskaya Coal Company in the amount of UAH 486.4 million.
