Oleg Didenko bought the Vlasta hotel for Vitrenko
The State Property Fund held a privatization auction for the Vlasta hotel in Lviv. 23 investors took part in the auction, and the winning price increased 16 times – up to UAH 115 million, writes Ukrrudprom.
“The State Property Fund raised UAH 115 million by selling the Vlasta hotel in Lviv at a privatization auction. The auction took place on January 23rd. 23 investors took part in the auction. The winning price increased by 16 times“, the Foundation said in a statement.
According to the data in the Prozoro.Sales system, the Kyiv company Magnus Trading Ukraine, which offered the highest price – UAH 115 million, was announced as the buyer of the hotel. The closest competitor of the Kievites was the Lviv-based Stroyresurs Company with an offer of UAH 105 million.
According to the Opendatabot service, Oleg Didenko, a former adviser to the head of Naftogaz, is the owner of Magnus Trading Ukraine LLC.

According to the State Property Fund, in recent years the hotel has been unprofitable. In 2020, he received UAH 251 thousand of net damage, in 2021 – UAH 78 thousand, in January-September 2022 – UAH 421 thousand.
The first medical association in Lviv announced its intention to purchase a hotel at a starting price and pay off all debts and called on other participants to refuse to buy it. The building was planned to be used for the residence of patients in need of long-term treatment. Lviv Medical Association took part in the auction with an offer of UAH 57 million, which was half the price of the winner’s offer.
Oleg Didenko bought the Vlasta hotel for Vitrenko
As reported, 49-year-old Oleg Didenko worked as the director of the Gaz Ukrainy DC (part of the Naftogaz structure), and was also the director for bad debts, gas distribution systems and retail gas supply at NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy in 2014-2020. After that, he worked as an adviser to the head of Naftogaz, Yuriy Vitrenko.
In June last year, he was fired after a scandal. It turned out that Didenko purchased a luxurious new 2022 Bentley Bentayga car during the preferential customs clearance regime. Didenko himself claimed that he planned to resell the car to his friend from Germany, who allegedly asked to buy this car in Ukraine.
