Instead of Isaenko and Glimbovsky, Samilyak will be imprisoned
VAKS approved a plea agreement concluded by the SAPO prosecutor with a representative of the Perfect Group developer Sergey Samilyak, who wanted to bribe Semyon Krivonos, head of the State Inspectorate for Architecture and Urban Planning, for $120,000, writes 368.media.
The chairman of the public organization “Social Democratic Congress of Christians of Ukraine” was found guilty of committing a criminal offense under Part 4 of Art. 369 of the Criminal Code. The accused was released from serving the main sentence of 5 years in prison for a probationary period of 3 years.
The court also changed Samilyak’s preventive measure from 2.23 million hryvnia bail to a personal obligation, and the money will be transferred to a special account to raise funds to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In addition, under the terms of the agreement, the defendant undertook to transfer $100,000 to UNITED24’s Drone Army project.
WACS applied a special confiscation to 119.7 thousand dollars seized in the car of the representative of the developer.
Recall that, according to the prosecution, the defendant Serhiy Samilyak acted in the interests of the Perfect Group developer company, which tried to obtain a certificate from DIAM for 120 thousand dollars on the acceptance into operation of the high-rise building of the residential complex “Terracotta” erected with violations. It is being built by the companies of the People’s Deputy from the Opposition Platform for Life Dmitry Isaenko and Alexander Glimbovsky.
The prosecution previously stated:On January 26, 2023, the SAPO prosecutor, based on the materials of the NABU pre-trial investigation, sent an indictment to the court on charges of a representative of one of the capital’s developers of offering and providing unlawful benefits to the chairman of the State Inspectorate for Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine (SIAG), that is, of committing a crime under Part 4 Art. 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine“.
