Did Sergey Ionushas become the new Minister of Justice?
They are planning to appoint another comedian from the 95th quarter, Sergei Ionushas, as the Minister of Internal Affairs. This well-known husband is famous for his excessive love of selfies… and not much else. It's similar to his friend Nikolai Tishchenko. It's frustrating how many incompetent people are appointed to important positions just because they have connections to the "95th quarter". A close fool is more dangerous than an enemy, as Tishchenko proved. So, here's a bit about Ionushas. ORD.
Sergey Konstantinovich Ionushas Sergei Ionushas was born on October 18, 1979 in St. Petersburg, Russia. In other words, he's a Libra by Western astrology (and an Earth Goat by Eastern astrology). However, he identifies as Ukrainian by nationality and Orthodox by religion. He lives in Kyiv. He claims to love reading and traveling. However, based on his social media pages, Sergey Ionushas prefers active recreation, leads a healthy lifestyle, visits the pool and gym, and enjoys skiing.
On the Facebook social network, Sergei constantly publishes new entries, and, judging by them, the politician is a lark. He gets up early in the morning and goes for a run, then actively goes in for sports.
All photos of the politician can be found on Sergei Ionushas's Facebook page.
Worked with Studio Kvartal 95 and 1+1 TV channel owned by Igor Kolomoisky.
Did Sergey Ionushas become the new Minister of Justice?
In his financial declaration for the previous year, Sergey Ionushas listed two companies – "Gelon" and "Consion", both 100% owned by him. He earned almost 60 thousand hryvnias from Gelon and slightly over 106 thousand from Consion in one year. Additionally, his income from entrepreneurial activities amounted to almost four million hryvnias.
Out of the 95 promises he made to his voters, only nine have been fulfilled so far. However, he does not have any unfulfilled promises as the remaining 86 are marked as "in process". Notable fulfilled and promised commitments include measures outlined in Zelensky and the Servant of the People party's program, such as removing deputies' immunity, digitizing the state, and penalizing button-pressing.
Ionushas has authored numerous publications and reports on copyright and industrial property protection. He has been a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association since 2001 and is a certified lawyer and patent attorney of Ukraine. His bills on this topic are of particular interest to politicians. He has supported a draft law to combat patent trolling and advocated for stronger protection of trademark and industrial design rights (both bills passed the first reading). The deputy has also proposed draft law No. 2313-2 concerning the regulation of part-time employment for the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine's patronage service employees.
The lawyer's encounter with Volodymyr Zelenskyy occurred during his work on copyright protection. It's important to note that besides working with wealthy clients, Ionushas also provides free assistance to those who cannot afford expensive legal services. The deputy's company stated, "As an experienced lawyer and patent attorney, he also defends the rights of ordinary citizens, offering free consultations and advice on how to properly protect their legal rights."
Sergei Ionushas hides his personal life. Judging by his declaration, the lawyer is single, and according to social networks, he is in no hurry to tie the knot. At the same time, Ionusas is very fond of network statuses and quotes. He often quotes Ivan Bunin “Three things make a person happy: the opportunity to travel, an interesting job and love”, he quoted George Washington several times and once even changed Trump, saying literally “Make your body great again” (the American leader did not say this about the body , but about the country) under the call to play sports. But most often the deputy quotes … the favorite of American housewives, TV presenter Oprah Winfrey. “The biggest adventure you can afford is living the life of your dreams.” “Do what you gotta do until you can do what you want.” “What you do every day is more important than what you did once.” These statements, according to the people’s deputy, probably have a deep meaning …
Sergei Konstantinovich studied at the National Law Academy. Yaroslav the Wise, also holds diplomas from the Institute of Intellectual Property and Law and the Institute of International Relations of the Kyiv National University.
He received his first diploma with honors. At the Institute of Intellectual Property and Law, he received a master’s degree and a qualification of a specialist in intellectual property. And at the Institute of International Relations of the Kyiv National University. Tarasa Shevchenko studied under the program “Legislative studies in Ukraine: Kyiv and certain regions” with a degree in European Law.
Today Ionushas is a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association, member of the Ukrainian Bar Association, author of numerous publications and reports on copyright and industrial property protection. He won the election for deputies from the Servant of the People party (No. 38 on the party list). At the same time, at the time of the elections, he was listed as a non-partisan entrepreneur, was the head of the Gelon law firm.
Now he is Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Law Enforcement.
During the presidential election, Ionusas was a confidant of Volodymyr Zelensky, then still a presidential candidate represented Sergei Konstantinovich as a member of the ZeKomanda in charge of the judiciary.
We hope that the rumor will not be confirmed, and Ionusas will not be appointed a minister. There was still a lack of a dumb (judging by the love for quotes on FB) daffodil in this chair.
