Accounts of Vyacheslav Dormidontov, a deputy of the Samara Provincial Duma (SGD), were frozen in the Samara region as part of the bankruptcy case of LLC Samara Combine Rodnik. The general director of Rodnik was Dormidontov, and control of the company was attributed to another Samara Duma deputy, Alexander Mileev.
