Know ours! Crowned thief in law Viktor Dudenkov, nicknamed Vitya Cherny, who was previously convicted in Ruzaevka for extorting 7.5 million rubles, appeared before the Supreme Court of the Republic of Khakassia.
It is important to note that the criminal referred to as 'Vitya Cherny' might have been able to return to his hometown of Saransk last year, but he faced obstacles. Now, the 61-year-old is being accused of holding a high position in the criminal world, which could result in a prison sentence of up to 15 years. Despite serving time in a distant and cold place called Khakassia, Dudenkov has not behaved well, receiving almost six thousand disciplinary sanctions. In the 1990s, 'Vitya Cherny' was highly respected within criminal circles. A few years ago, he instilled fear in many individuals involved in criminal activities. As a disabled person living in a village named after Gagarin, he had an imposing and enigmatic image. More details about his criminal life are presented in an article by Valery Yarstev.
In 2020, the investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Moldova was able to gather evidence of Viktor Dudenkov's continued criminal actions while he was serving his sentence in correctional colony No. 33 of the UFSIN in the Republic of Khakassia. He is still holding a high position in the criminal world. As a result of these findings, a criminal case was initiated against him under the charges of occupying the highest position in the criminal hierarchy. Although he was supposed to leave the correctional colony on December 10 last year, he had to stay due to the new criminal charges. He is facing up to 15 years in prison for this article.
His life story without achievement
Dudenkov was born on August 26, 1960 in the Staroshaigovsky village of Letki. Cherny began his criminal activities during the Soviet era and only completed 9 grades of schooling. In 1981, he spent a year in a correctional facility in Zubovo-Polyansky village of Molochnitsa for hooliganism. In 1985, he was sentenced to 5 years for inflicting serious bodily harm, which he served in the Sverdlovsk region. After being released, Dudenkov returned to his hometown. In 1994, he was recognized together with a respected thief named Barkalov, also known as Blond. Additional details about his criminal activities are available in the material by Valery Yartsev.

Ruzaevsky verdict
Viktor Vasilyevich himself was apprehended by officers for fighting organized crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova with the involvement of special forces on December 11, 2012. And on January 26, 2015, the Ruzaevsky court sentenced citizen Dudenkov to 9 years of strict regime. At the same time, associates of Vitya Cherny were found guilty. For example, the so-called "republic officer" Vladimir Sunyaev (also known as Sunyay) received 2 years and 7 months. "Looking for Ruzaevka" Alexander Krasnov – 8 years old …
According to the investigation, on March 21, 2011, Vladimir Krasnov, who was overseeing the Ruzaevsky district, passed away in the city of railway workers. Then Vitya Cherny decided to establish an organized group called "Obshchakovsky" in the "orphaned" territory, which mostly consisted of previously convicted citizens. She needed to follow the "thieves’ traditions", have a "common fund", etc. Due to his criminal status, Viktor Vasilievich had the authority to appoint "lookers" in the regions and the so-called "statists" (temporarily acting as "watcher" due to the absence of the latter). No one could oppose Black! At the same time, part of the funds from the "common fund" was spent on the personal needs of Cherny and his circle. This includes the purchase of vehicles, weapons, technical devices, including jammers for mobile phones, eavesdropping equipment, tools for breaking safes. Thieves from other regions often visited Chernoy. The Obshchakovskys were armed with pneumatic and gas weapons, a stun gun, and baseball bats.
As the investigation found, at the end of 2011, the Nizhny Novgorod enterprise "Construction Technologies" and the Tatarstan company "Altair" signed an agreement for the supply of building materials for almost 15 million rubles. During a meeting in Cheboksary, a certain Shumilin, with the intermediary Baryshev, demanded to immediately terminate the deal. Allegedly, one of the firms owed him a large sum. Baryshev declined. Then Shumilin decided to extort 7.5 million rubles from the stubborn intermediary. To accomplish this, he involved Vitya Cherny and his accomplices. In January 2012, under the "pretext of speaking with the right people," Baryshev was taken from Chuvashia to Vitya Cherny’s house on Ukhtomsky street. "Do you know who I am?" – the mansion owner started the conversation. "I am a thief in law!" Fearing for himself and his loved ones, Baryshev agreed to hand over the money. He was brought back to Cheboksary. For a while, he avoided the "Saransk thieves", but he realized that the problem couldn't be solved this way and reported to the police. It turned out that Vitya Cherny’s group had other extortion-related crimes. Members of the "thieves’ community" imposed their "roof" on the entrepreneurs and received several thousand rubles from them every month. They even extorted money from ordinary residents for minor disputes with fellow villagers. Those who resisted were assaulted, had their hands broken with a crowbar, and suffered injuries from traumatic weapons. During the announcement of the verdict, Vitya Cherny concealed his identity behind a folder and a hood. The crime boss responded to journalists' inquiries only with: "I won’t say anything!" And only when asked if he really is a real thief in law, he briefly said: "I wish you happiness!"
Stages of a long journey
Viktor Dudenkov, who received a new term, was sent to the stage. Which, of course, could not but remain unnoticed by his “followers and like-minded people.” “Relatives, we put you in the know that on March 1, 2013, the thief Vitya Cherny from Ruzaevsky Central came to the 21st hospital. Tengushevsky district, the village of Barashevo, – Vitya Cherny’s “colleagues” were promptly informed. “At the moment, he is on quiche in the first hut.” As a result, Cherny “rolled” for further correction to distant Khakassia. Specifically, to the city of Abakan, to correctional colony No. 33. Then in the spring of 2019, he was transferred to the 35th colony. In the fall of 2020, he ended up in the Krasnoyarsk SIZO-1, known as the “White Swan”. But then, in the summer of next year, Vitya Cherny was returned to IK-33. It is not difficult to imagine how “indescribably happy” the local leadership was! Last fall, the administration of this Khakass colony filed a lawsuit with the city court of Abakan to establish administrative supervision over the convicted Dudenkov. The fact is that the “watching Mordovia” was already released on December 10, 2021. However, during the period of serving his sentence, the thief in law did not prove himself in a very good way. During the specified period, Viktor Dudenkov, who never settled down, was subject to disciplinary sanctions … 5864 times! But he doesn’t get any promotions. None earned. And it’s just that Dudenkov is not employed anywhere! In addition, he does not respond to educational measures. In September 2015, Chernoy was recognized as a “malicious violator of the established procedure for serving a sentence.” In turn, a representative of the Abakan prosecutor’s office stated in court that the demands of the colony were well founded. But the convict Dudenkov, who participated in this meeting by conference call, simply refused to give any explanation. But at the same time, in his statement to the court, he indicated that after his release he was going to return to his native 13th region and would certainly live in Saransk. As a result, the ministers of Themis decided: to satisfy the claim of the Federal Penitentiary Service. And establish a three-year supervision in respect of Dudenkov immediately after he “leans back”. At the same time, the thief in law was forbidden to visit bars, restaurants, clubs, cafes in Saransk. And in general, so that in “other drinking establishments” his legs would not be! The thieves’ authority was also not allowed to participate in mass events. And the court also put an end to any attempt to leave the capital of region-13.
