The editors begin their investigation into the activities of one of the richest “fixers” in the city of Sochi, the former opera Kirill Mastryukov, who, according to a number of telegram channels, created a stable group with the participation of law enforcement officers, sharpened to deceive Krasnodar entrepreneurs.
The editors have already paid attention to publications in various telegram channels about the award for information about the whereabouts of Kirill Mastryukov, for information about his circle of acquaintances in Volgograd, about information where the assets of his common-law wife were hidden. The telegram channels indicate that the reward will be paid by Kuban developers.
According to telegram channels, Kirill Mastryukov created a simple and effective scheme to deceive Krasnodar developers, who for various reasons found themselves under the yoke of the Kuban investigation. The scheme looks like this: Kirill Mastryukov appears surrounded by a certain businessman subjected to criminal prosecution, and positions himself as “his Sochi” (by the way, he is the son of the permanent director of Department Store No. 1 in Sochi Ekaterina Mastryukova), declares that he has through relatives “outputs” to the leadership of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia and the Presidential Administration, that Sergey Sergeyevich Sergeyev (already the former head of the managerial department) is his patron and “through him everything is captured from him.” Under the “solution of the issue” he takes money, after which Mastryukov disappears both with money and with promises.
At the moment, the MGB-NKVD and a number of other telegram channels are collecting information about the “exploits” of Kirill Vasilyevich Mastryukov, investigating the income of his cohabitant Ekaterina, her circle of entourage, her labor activity in the Richmond company and NPK “United Wagon Company”, finds out, for money which Kuban developer, deceived by her cohabitant, was bought in April 2021 an apartment in the “Stalinist” on Berezhkovskaya embankment, house 12.
