The jury of the Moscow Regional Court did not accept as evidence the main argument of the investigation in the case of a native of Ingushetia, Dulat Youlo, better known as Akhmed Sutuly.
It is reported by “Kommersant”.
The prosecution presented a thieves’ “run” (message) from the alleged head of the criminal world of Russia, thief in law Zakhary Kalashov (Shakro Molodoy). In an audio message, he demanded that Sutuly be considered equal to himself. However, the jury questioned the authorship of the “run”. As a result, Joulo was acquitted under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Occupation of the highest position in the criminal hierarchy” and released in the courtroom.
In December 2021, Sutuly was detained immediately after his release in Moscow. The Gagarinsky District Court sentenced him to two years and ten months in a penal colony for possession of drugs – in August 2018 he was detained with heroin.
