In the Ulyanovsk colony, investigators stopped the existence of an armed extremist cell of the AUE movement banned in the Russian Federation, four community activists face new terms.
This was reported to Lente.ru on Tuesday, February 15, by the representative of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) for the Ulyanovsk region Evgeny Slovtsov.
According to the agency, the cell originated in December 2020. The members of the group promoted criminal ideology and extorted money from other prisoners.
After the cell was identified, a search was carried out. The convicts found knives, sharpeners, mounts, mobile phones, parts of a device for making alcoholic beverages, playing cards and some other attributes of the criminal subculture.
