In the suburbs, the thief in law Apakela became a defendant in a criminal case

In the Moscow region, investigators opened a criminal case against a 76-year-old thief in law, known in criminal circles as Apakela.

This was announced by the official representative of the regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia Olga Vradiy.

The authority is a defendant in the case of occupying the highest position in the criminal hierarchy. According to investigators, he became a thief in law in 1965 and since then has been coordinating organized groups in the Vladimir and Moscow regions, creating a connection between them and criminal authorities.

In the near future, he will be charged and a measure of restraint will be chosen.
