A neighbor of the deceased said that a man named Viktor lived alone, his relatives did not visit him. Victor suffered a stroke and found himself almost without a livelihood. “He was issued a disability just a year ago, and since then he began to receive a pension, 8 thousand, but this money was not enough for coal. In general, he lived from hand to mouth all the time, then we give him sugar, then bread. Often he was fed with soup,” said a neighbor.
One day, Victor froze his fingers at home, then the neighbor raised the public and the man was taken to a temporary residence, and social services promised to bring him coal. Then the man returned home.
