The department reported that “it is not possible to identify the organizers of the spontaneous popular rally, therefore we cannot talk about the responsibility of a legal entity,” writes “Kommersant“.
Recall that an unsanctioned rally was held in the center of Grozny. The participants chanted threats against the Yangulbaev family, burned portraits of Saidi Yangulbaev and his relatives.
