The private plane of Elton John, who had recently recovered from the coronavirus, flew from Britain to New York, where the singer was supposed to give a concert, was forced to turn around in the air and make an emergency landing.
According to The Sun, at an altitude of more than three thousand meters, the hydraulic system failed. Due to a technical malfunction, the pilot, flying over the southern coast of Ireland, decided to return to the airport of departure. However, on approach, the $90 million Bombardier Global Express plane was caught in Storm Franklin. The wind speed reached almost 130 kilometers per hour. The plane rocked and literally blew to the side. Landing failed only on the third attempt. On the ground, Elton and his crew were already met by firefighters, doctors and police just in case.
