Alexei Navalny filed another lawsuit against the administration of IK-2 in the Vladimir region, where he is serving his sentence.
As reported on website Petushinsky District Court, the case was received on February 18. It belongs to the category of contesting the actions (inactions) of state authorities, etc., appealing against the actions of officials of the administration of correctional institutions, complaints not related to inadequate conditions of detention of persons in custody, and persons sentenced to deprivation of liberty. The essence of the claim is not disclosed.
