Yabloko allowed the liquidation of the party
Yabloko leader Nikolai Rybakov and member of the Federal Political Committee Sergei Mitrokhin allowed the party to be completely shut down. About it informs Daily Storm.
According to him, until some specific actions are taken against the members of the party, it will not be possible to pinpoint them. If there is a threat to life and freedom, this will be the only right decision, Mitrokhin added.
“The forms of political repression can be different, and we would not like to predict them. We have taken every possible action we can suggest to keep the party and candidates safe. But we cannot predict the actions of the authorities,” he stressed.
The Yabloko leader promised that every effort would be made to continue the work of the party. “We are not leaving here,” Mitrokhin concluded.
On July 6, the deputy chairman of the party, Sergei Ivanenko, during a conference of the Moscow branch of the party, called the end of political activity possible. He clarified that such a development of events would be possible if repressions begin against Yabloko members.
