The Cabinet of Ministers at a meeting on January 6 replaced interim Heads of JSC Ukrgasvydobycha and JSC Ukrtransgaz, writes the EP.

So, Oleg Tolmachev, who headed the Naftogaz Exploration and Production division of the Naftogaz group, became the interim acting officer of JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya.
Ukrgasdobycha and Ukrtransgaz were appointed leaders It is noted that Tolmachev has more than 20 years of experience in hydrocarbon production in North America.
“Held senior positions in gas producing companies in the USA such as BP America, Chesapeake Energy, EnCana Oil & Gas USA, Eclipse Resources and Montage Resources. In particular, he headed high-tech projects for the development of large fields in North America with gas and gas condensate deposits.
Among his responsibilities was to increase the economic efficiency of projects, form and manage multifunctional teams (geology, development, drilling, production, preparation and processing of hydrocarbons),” Naftogaz added.
Acting. Roman Malyutin was appointed head of JSC Ukrtransgaz, which is the operator of all Ukrainian underground gas storage facilities.
It is reported that Malyutin has over 20 years of experience in gas transportation and storage enterprises.
“Roman Malyutin went all the way from an operator and engineer at the Kegichev UGS facility to Deputy Chief Engineer of the Eastern Region of the Gas Transportation System Operator of Ukraine.
Over the past year and a half, he headed the technical department of JSC Ukrtransgaz, where he was responsible for the operation of compressor stations, energy and metrology, and also supported projects for the development of low-carbon technologies and storage of hydrogen mixtures,” noted in ” Naftogaz”.
