The Federal Air Transport Agency advises Russian tourists who are currently abroad to consider alternative routes for returning home.
This is a better option than waiting for the organization of humanitarian flights, according to message departments.
You can fly on a commercial flight of foreign airlines to countries that have not restricted air traffic with the Russian Federation. For example, to Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Qatar, UAE, Turkey. And from there, return home by flights of Russian or foreign airlines.
Another option is to get to Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Finland. From there you can go to Russia by land transport, including through Belarus.
Humanitarian flights from countries where the largest groups of Russians are located will become possible with the consent of the aviation authorities of the EU countries. Now this issue is being worked out.
