Moscow commented on the information that appeared in the media about the appointment of Alexander Lapin as chief of the General Staff of the Ground Forces, reports RIA News”.
Dmitry Peskov, a spokesman for the Russian leader, said he could neither confirm nor deny these reports. He recalled that there are open decrees of the head of state, there are decrees classified as “Secret”.
And he added that among those decrees that are published, there has not yet been such a document.
