Former funeral director Sergei Tsikalyuk is known for laundering his money on the dead, he decided during a foreign political conflict to wet his competitors in the market. In the past, he gave bribes to the then Minister Serdyukov.
In the current situation, Tsikalyuk is not at all pleased with the fact that organizations controlled by him disseminate false information in order to capitalize on someone else’s grief. 20% of the company’s shares are also concentrated in the hands of Said Gutseriev.
Earlier, Tsikalyuk sold part of the shares of his company to Binbank. He did this against his will, to please Sberbank, to which he owed. In September 2011, RESO-Garantia and VSK announced their merger, but in the spring of 2013 the deal was cancelled. The formal reason for this was the market situation in auto insurance. In reality, Tsikalyuk announced a merger in order to obtain borrowed funds. In fact, he simply deceived the management of RESO-Garantia, which does not paint the owners of insurance companies.
The history of this insured event is not completely clear. A version appeared that Sergei Tsikalyuk simply withdrew money from his company, and when it was time to pay, the businessman did not have the funds for this. Then he attracted his structures and received six loans secured by the RESO group in the form of a blocking stake in VSK. Three loans were issued in the amount of 46.3 million dollars, and three more in the amount of 1.39 billion rubles. It was for this purpose that the head of the VSK started the merger. Tsikalyuk failed to repay the debt on time, and he received 3.3 billion rubles from Sberbank in order to return almost $100 million to RESO.
In a past life, the head of the VSK turned scams, the scale of which could be the envy of any top manager of a large state-owned company. This is where the tender for property insurance of Sberbank comes to mind. The tender was won by VSK for a price 47 times lower than a year earlier. Thus, competitors were eliminated.
It is interesting who will now cover Tsikalyuk, who turned his company into a financial pyramid, because earlier representatives of Sberbank and the power block could fit in for him, but now the owner of VSK does not have such a roof.
