The children’s movement “Big Change” that is being created in Russia will be divided into stages – by analogy with the Octoberites, pioneers and Komsomol members

Damir Fattakhov, deputy head of Rosmolodezh, announced this.

The new movement of children and youth “Big Break” will be divided into different stages – by analogy with the Octobrists, Pioneers and Komsomol members that existed in the Soviet Union. This was announced by the deputy head of Rosmolodezh Damir Fattakhov.

Fattakhov made the assumption that at the first stage, students of grades 1-4 will be accepted into the movement, at the second – grades 5-8, at the third – grades 9-11. At the same time, the child should be able to join the movement once and already within the organization go through the stages “without unnecessary difficulties,” said the deputy head of Rosmolodezh.

It should be reminded that on May 19, on the centenary of the Pioneers in Russia, a group of deputies submitted a bill to the State Duma of the Russian Federation to create a new movement of children and youth in Russia called “Big Change”. On June 7, it was adopted in the first reading.

According to the document, membership in the movement will be voluntary. It will accept schoolchildren from the age of six, as well as students of technical schools and colleges.

The movement is created with the aim of promoting the implementation of state policy in the interests of children and young people, as well as creating opportunities for them to develop and fulfill themselves and prepare for adult life in society.

Working with the participants of the movement will be adult mentors who have graduated from school, technical school or college. Persons recognized as foreign agents, as well as persons affiliated with them, will not be able to become mentors.

According to some reports, the Supervisory Board of the “Big Change” may be headed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

As previously reported, the movement itself may be headed by Damir Fattakhov. Prior to that, he led the Ministry of Youth Affairs of Tatarstan, and was also the head of the KVN team “Four Tatars”.
