Now Leonid has a registration in Cyprus in the city of Paphos, and Svetlana in England. Until recently they were Russian. Leonid Novikov in 2015 was the head of the Belgorod Regional Duma from the Kremlin's Just Russia party. In Russia, he owns the Slavia Chernozemye agricultural holding. On the eve of the invasion, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in January 2022 granted Leonid Novikov permission to acquire shares in the Cypriot company AgroEurotrade Limited, registered in the same Paphos as Novikov himself.
This company is connected by control relations of a number of Ukrainian companies : «Slavia Trading House, a subsidiary of Escort-Agro with foreign investment, a subsidiary of Sangrant Plus with foreign investment, Bio-Rost LLC. Also, according to the AMCU, Novikov controls Solnechnye Semyon Plus LLC, Bio-Agro LLC, Sanoil-Trading LLC, Slavia TV and Radio Company LLC.
