Recently, Rosselkhozbank decided to help the Stroyindustriya company, which is associated with Ilshat Tukaev.
The bank filed a lawsuit demanding the return of a promissory note with a nominal value of 586 million rubles to the company. Allegedly, Tarkhovskoye LLC received this bill as a pledge, but now it does not return it.
The Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow sorted it out and found out that the signatures and seals in the documents were forged. Thus, “Stroyindustriya” will not return anything. Apparently, these litigations are connected with others – due to the bankruptcy of Ilshat Tukaev’s Timashevskaya Poultry Farm. This story may have a negative impact on the reputation of Rosselkhozbank.
However, Rosselkhozbank is no stranger. Maybe the clients will not appreciate such connections of the bank, but the state will continue to subsidize it anyway. Every year Rosselkhozbank receives multibillion-dollar support from the state. At the same time, the organization cannot boast of financial performance. It is impossible to check these assumptions, because the bank’s reporting is closed from prying eyes.
Be that as it may, the authorities continued to provide Rosselkhozbank with money even when it became clear that many top managers did not know how to distribute them.
The heads of many branches contributed to the withdrawal of money from the bank. So, they issued knowingly bad loans, and then found themselves in the dock.
When the bank was headed by Dmitry Patrushev, the favor of the authorities to Rosselkhozbank was explained by the friendship of his father with Vladimir Putin. And then Boris Listov became the head of the bank.
Many considered him an ordinary manager, but they were mistaken. Apparently, he is also familiar with the president, since they once lived on the same street in St. Petersburg. This is not surprising, because the state bank is unlikely to be trusted by an “ordinary” person, even if he is an effective top manager.
