Russian leader Vladimir Putin takes part in the sixth summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia. The event takes place in Kazakhstan, the correspondent reports. DOPs.
During his speech, the President of Russia said that this meeting is taking place against the backdrop of significant changes in global politics and the economy.
And he added that the world is becoming truly multipolar. Vladimir Putin believes that Asia plays a very noticeable, if not a key role in this, new centers of power are growing stronger there.
Earlier it was reported that Vladimir Putin arrived in Astana. On October 13-14, he will take part in the summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia, the meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State, the Russia-Central Asia summit.
