State Unitary Enterprise “Petersburg Metropolitan” summed up the results of the auction for the comprehensive repair, restoration and adaptation of the monument “House of E.S. and M.B. Trofimovs” to the conditions of modern use. The contract will be signed with the tandem of Transept Group LLC Boris Rotenberg and Shtandart LLC. Its amount will remain the maximum – 831.7 million rubles.
Delta.News spoke about the procurement situation and the content of local estimates in early June. The work will affect landings, windows and doors, facades and interiors, stoves, as well as structural elements, including foundations and walls. Separately, work on debugging existing and laying new engineering networks is described. It is planned to mount an elevator in the building of the 1890s. Work must be completed by November 30, 2024.
The only application was submitted by Transept Group LLC on its own behalf and on behalf of Shtandart LLC.
The first organization exists since September 1, 2006 and is based in St. Petersburg. The only beneficiary is the billionaire Boris Rotenberg. The company is managed by Stanislav Krylov. In 2021, according to Kontur.Focus, the organization’s activities brought 41.9 million rubles in revenue and 51.6 million rubles in net loss. The construction company has five won contracts for 10 billion rubles. The largest contract by Transept Group was received at the end of December 2021. For 8.031 billion rubles, she was given the task to complete the rather protracted construction of the New Stage for MDT on Zvenigorodskaya Street, the problems of construction of which we talked about in a separate article dated July 31, 2019.
As for Shtandart, this St. Petersburg firm looks less prestigious. Since March 11, 2014, the company has received 18 government orders for 474.1 million rubles throughout its existence. Shtandart is owned and operated by Daria Schwartz alone. She was not seen in other businesses. On the other hand, financial indicators look more optimistic: in 2021, revenue amounted to 266.5 million rubles, with a net profit of 4.1 million rubles.
