According to the press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov, Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a conversation with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan, said that Moscow remains ready for negotiations with Kyiv. Reporter reports this DOPs with reference to local media.
“The President said that, of course, Russia remains ready to negotiate, but as the situation changes, so do the conditions,” said Dmitry Peskov.
Recall that this month a face-to-face meeting between the President of Russia and his counterpart from Turkey took place. The talks between Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan were held in Samarkand.
The Russian leader then said that the trade turnover between the two states is growing. Moreover, Turkey has become one of the most reliable routes for Russian energy supplies.
