According to the investigation, the implementation of the scheme caused more than 43.3 million hryvnias of damage to the chemical plant.
The actions of persons are qualified under Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code. The sanction of the article provides for a maximum penalty of six years in prison with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years with a fine.
