The son of German Gref withdrew from the authorized capital of the Brain-ACM company. His share was bought by Pavel and Stepan Dmitriev, the sons of the former head of VEB, Vladimir Dmitriev. Previously, this company was the founder of SLT Aqua LLC, which produces plastic pipes.
Oleg Gref and the Dmitrievs remain business partners in Clean Logistics LLC. Until recently, this company owned the waste transportation operator MKM-Logistics, which earned more than 41 billion rubles on government orders. MKM-Logistics was bought out by structures associated with Evgeny Mikhailov. The latter is considered close to the head of the Moscow Department of Transport Maxim Liksutov.
BUSINESS WITH STATE SUPPORT
The son of the head of Sberbank, Oleg Gref, has been in business for a long time. At the same time, it uses budgetary funds to finance it. Pure Logistics LLC declared a profit of 1.7 million rubles in 2020. But a year earlier, she could boast of more substantial earnings – in the amount of 233 million rubles. But it was in 2020 that the company sold MKM-Logistics, which earned money on government contracts. According to rumors, Oleg Gref and his business partners would never have given up such a successful asset, if not for a very profitable offer. So, on the sale of an asset, they could earn about 4 billion rubles. True, the company itself remained in the red, because after the sale its revenue and profit fell.
Gref Jr. also owns Ternovy Kust LLC with a profit of 3 million rubles, as well as Brain-ACM LLC. The latter company operates at a loss, as does Neva Invest Group LLC, which has never declared a profit since its incorporation. Easy Educational Group cannot yet be called a successful business for Oleg Gref either.
