Odessa elevator owned by Russians transferred to ARMA
The Shevchenkovsky District Court of Kyiv transferred the property of the Odessa agricultural company Apix LLC to the National Agency for the Identification, Search and Management of Assets ( Odessa elevator), which owns Russian owners. 368.media became aware of this from the materials of the criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 113, part 1, art. 437, part 4 of Art. 110-2 of the Criminal Code.
It is noted that the founder of the agricultural company Apix LLC, which is engaged in the cultivation of grain and legumes, is another company – Rintol LLC. The latter, in turn, belongs to Russian citizens Nikolai Bakulin and Svetlana Bakulina, who are probably siblings.
In September, by a resolution of the investigative SBU, the property and corporate rights of Apix LLC in the form of 100% of the authorized capital for a total amount of UAH 2.041 million belonging to Apix LLC was recognized as material evidence and they were arrested. Among the seized property is an office building in the village. Olenevka, Odessa region, a cowshed, a grain cleaning complex, a granary for seeds and other real estate.
The Shevchenkovsky District Court of Kyiv granted the request of the investigation to transfer the seized property and assets to the management of ARMA.
