Navalny’s team discovered a villa in Italy with the chairman of the Federation Council, Valentina Matviyenko.
As follows from the investigation, the Matvienko family owns a 26-hectare villa in the town of Pesaro, 170 kilometers from Venice. The villa is in a state of renovation. The customer of the work was the son of Valentina Sergey.
Investigators found photographs from the villa with his wife Yulia. The details in the pictures match the drone footage of the villa.
Navalny’s associates note that “it is difficult to estimate the cost of a villa,” since there are no households in the district that are similar in area. However, they suggest that the villa is worth at least 10 million euros, which is a billion rubles.
Matviyenko supported the “use of the armed forces” of Russia abroad.
