The press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov spoke on the topic of the negotiation process between the Russian Federation and Ukraine, if the words are quoted RIA News”.
The Kremlin representative noted that the negotiation process is in demand, but the Russian side does not see any prerequisites for the negotiation process.
“Repeatedly, President Putin also explained that a few months ago the Ukrainian side withdrew from the negotiation process…,” he recalled.
Previously in the Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation spokethat the Russian side does not refuse negotiations.
However, Kyiv’s position on this matter is apparently different. Reportedthat the head of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is now not ready to negotiate.
