More than 75% of Russian teachers have a salary below the minimum wage, follows from the data of the Ministry of Education, presented at a meeting of the Federation Council Committee on Science, Education and Culture.
“76% of teachers have a wage rate (salary) below the minimum wage,” follows from the data of the Ministry of Education. The data is presented for December 2021.
The minimum wage in 2021 was 12.8 thousand rubles.
