Margarita Shol from Servants of the People is wanted
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine has put a people’s deputy from “Servants of the people” Margarita Shol, writes delo.
This is reported by the press service of NABU.
“She did not indicate in the declaration for 2020 information about renting an apartment in Pechersk in Kyiv, the cost of which is about UAH 5 million,” the message says.
It is noted that she is suspected of committing a crime under part .1. Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code (declaring false information). The sanction of the article provides for a fine or restriction of freedom for up to two years.

Note that recently the NABU has stepped up its activities to hold parliamentarians accountable for false data in e-declarations. So, on December 16, a deputy from the Servant of the People faction, Maxim Pashkovsky, was reported suspected, also because of the failure to declare an apartment rented in Pechersk.
In addition, the bureau reported suspicion under the same article to another people’s deputy from the ruling party – Vladimir Gevko. He also did not enter into the declaration information about renting housing in the center of Kyiv worth more than 3.7 million hryvnias. In October, NABU reported suspicions of failure to declare two apartments and a car to another “Servant of the People” – Anna Kolesnik.
