A resident of Novosibirsk, Lucifer Konchakov-Bagration, appealed to the ICR and the Prosecutor General’s Office with a demand to initiate a criminal case against the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, under the article on insulting the feelings of believers.
“By their actions, they (Ramzan Kadyrov, Mohammed Daudov and other politicians and security officials of Chechnya. – Ed.) reduce the Almighty to the role of an accomplice in crimes. The threat to kill is punishable under Article 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. I was deeply offended by false and humiliating statements likening the Almighty to a criminal, as well as saying that the Almighty approves of their actions, are not only a violation of religious charters and beliefs (regardless of confession), but also introduces believers into depression , humiliation,” Konchakov-Bagration said in a statement. The statement of claim of the Novosibirsk citizen was published in its telegram channele journalist Elizaveta Limanskaya.
Recall, on January 20, armed Chechen security forces detained in Nizhny Novgorod the mother of human rights activist Abubakar Yangulbaev and the wife of federal judge Saydi Yangulbaev, Zarema Musaeva. Ramzan Kadyrov called the Yangulbayev family “accomplices of terrorists”, adding that “this family is waiting for a place either in prison or underground”, and also threatened the judge’s relatives with “destruction”. The Kremlin called Kadyrov’s words “personal opinion.”
After that, State Duma deputy from Chechnya Adam Delimkhanov vowed to cut off the heads of members of the family of Judge Saidi Yangulbaev. Threats also came against those who dare to translate Delimkhanov’s words from Chechen into Russian.
