Krasnoyarsk company fined ₽20 million for taking a bribe by Lexus
The bailiffs recovered from the Krasnoyarsk company 20 million rubles in fine, which was imposed by the court for illegal remuneration on behalf of the legal entity.
According to the bailiff service, the director of the company paid a bribe in the form of a Lexus car worth 7 million rubles in order to obtain municipal contracts for landscaping. The agency does not disclose the name, but it is likely that we are talking about the Courier-Avto M company. In May 2022, the ex-head of Tatyshev Park, Maxim Barkhatov, was sentenced to prison for a bribe in the form of a Lexus from the director of this company.
The FSSP said that the company paid 100 thousand rubles, and then stopped repaying the debt. The bailiffs arrested the transport and special equipment of the company. The company was also a recoverer in the framework of another enforcement proceeding, so the bailiffs foreclosed on receivables – 7 million rubles. The rest of the fine was collected from the company’s accounts.
In addition, the company must pay 1 million rubles for violating the terms of payment of the fine. So far, only about 70% of this amount has been contributed.
