Kaspersky Lab, together with Interpol, helped repel a cybercriminal attack on a national bank in one of the countries of Latin America, this hacker hack in order to obtain quick profit could affect the entire economy of the state, RIA Novosti reports.
“The hack was discovered at the stage when the attacker was trying to find partners for further attack,” the company said. It is noted that the hacker managed to gain access to the entire infrastructure of the National Bank, including the system of international transfers.
