In this situation, he could not have acted differently, fearing for himself and his friend, he gave this money, and in return received a criminal case against himself (Geybatova NVo). In my opinion, with regard to Geybatov HVo a crime was committed by FSB officer Tukhfatulin VG, expressed in exceeding his official powers (paragraph a, part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), falsification of the results of operational -search activities (part 4 of article 303 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and provocation bribes (Article 304 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
